Pareidolia LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play VoidRun for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Game Rules and Conduct

You agree to:

• Play the game in accordance with its intended design
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the game
• Not use automated tools or bots to play the game
• Not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Respect other players if using multiplayer features

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to graphics, code, game mechanics, and design, is the property of Pareidolia LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. High Scores and Leaderboards

We reserve the right to remove or reset scores that we determine were achieved through cheating, exploitation, or violation of these terms.

6. Game Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue VoidRun at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications or termination of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoidRun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pareidolia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VoidRun.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content.

10. Third-Party Services

VoidRun may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VoidRun at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the game.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pareidolia LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
